Recent research shows that Australian companies where women hold at least a quarter of the top position proved to have better performance than the company that all the leaders of men.
Innovation Center for Economic and Gender (C4GEi) and Asset Management 'Infinitas' released the results of a study that analyzed the effects of women on corporate financial performance.
Director 'Infinitas', Steve Mcdonald, say, a company that has a mix of gender tend to perform better.
"Companies that have a leader with diverse gender composition of profit per year 7% higher for investors, compared to companies that have no women at all," he explained.

One-third of Australia's top companies did not meet the threshold of gender balance.
Thirty-four of the 200 countries have business leaders who are all male and only about a third of the company meet the threshold of 25% of women in the board of directors.
Senator Queensland, Larissa Waters, said, there is some improvement, with the proportion of women in the chair head of the company has doubled in the past five years.
"In 2010, we had approximately 10% of women who sit in the chair leadership. We now reach 20%, so the condition doubled in the last five years is very encouraging," north.
"Obviously this step in the right direction, but 20%, come on, we can do better than that," he added.
Larissa use this opportunity to highlight the fact that many of the new post at the top level of government has given to man.
"I am very concerned to see that in some of the new post, which unfortunately exist in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, which has the responsibility to accommodate women, we have 75% of their men and only 24.1% in the new post-sex women, "he said.
The government needs to set an example
Minister of Social Affairs, Marise Payne, said the government and the corporate sector must show leadership.
"The government, of course, have to lead. People look to the top level of government to seek leadership and we must ensure that they represent the diversity of gender and society in many other ways," he explained.
Founder and head of the institute C4GEi, Susanne Moore, said, there are certain ways to increase the number of women at the top level.
"Many, especially young women, ask me about quotas and I said, 'Listen, if you get into the top level or can position because of quotas, pursue, do a good job, that's the best thing you can do'," north.
