This paper is not intended to downplay the services of a RA Kartini that also evoke the spirit of Indonesian women to come forward. Also do not patronize award the title of hero to him by the government. J.H. Abendanon, Minister who wrote a book
J.H. Abendanon (1852-1925) was the Minister of Culture, Religion, and Crafts Dutch East Indies from 1900 to 1905 years. He came to the Dutch East Indies in 1900 and commissioned by the Netherlands to implement the Ethical Policy.
