What do you imagine when you hear the word army? Brave, had a well-built and muscular body? But apparently not the case with Kazakhstan soldiers, especially the female.
They had high cheekbones, slender body and charming blonde hair.
Not only that, they also have their own beauty competition, which is similar to the Queen Universe contest elections. Reported Metro.co.uk, competition titled 'Batyr Arular' was done in order to attract new recruits, following the low participation by women in the Soviet Union.
Official site of the army recruitment in Kazakhstan revealed that women who devote themselves as soldiers no longer uncommon.
"Batyr Arular held to promote services in the country among women of Kazakhstan, as well as attract the attention of Internet users about the military of Kazakhstan," the communiquƩ reads.
In addition, they wrote that beauty does not preclude the women to defend the country.
